Imported Herring, onions and carrots tossed in creamy wine sauce and herbs, served over fresh greens.
Amadeus Pancake
Potato pancake topped with our dill sauce and smoked salmon
Kielbasa
Grilled polish sausage with onions, served with mustard and dill pickles.

FOURTH COURSE (entree)
Porki Amade
Pork loin filled with prunes, bacon and garlic, served in a light mustard sauce, accompanied with sauerkraut, greens and purred potatoes.
Chicken Roladen
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, cranberries and herbs in caper sauce, accompanied by artichoke salad greens and purred potatoes.
Vegetarian Combination
Potato pancake, pierogi and your choice of one of the salads:
Kapusta, artichoke, potato or warsaw vegetable.
Polish Plate
Grilled kielbasa, golabek (cabbage roll), bigos, and perogi, accompanied by dill pickles, side of mustard and side of sour cream.

Steamed salmon with dill sauce, accompanied by potato pancakes, kupusta salad, and greens
FIFTH COURSE (dessert)
Constanza
Circle of sponge cake lightly soaked in an orange liqueur topped with layers of dark chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse.
Napoleon
Classic French dessert, two layers of puff pastry filled with a light custard cream and dusted with powder sugar.
Apple Tart
Fresh baked apples and raisins in a light pastry crust.
